I co-lead Sea View Lab, a studio with two practices: production-ready agentic AI systems for startups and enterprise organizations, and cinematic AI films for brands.

On the agentic side, we support our clients across the full lifecycle of their intelligent agents: multi-agent architecture, guardrails, observability, cost optimization, and integration through Model Context Protocol (MCP).

What we build

Product strategy, agentic systems architecture, creative direction on the films, and guiding clients through their transition to an autonomous digital workforce.

06 steps

How I work with AI, from idea to deployment.

A simple 6-step process, from the first signal to production.

Catch the signal

A user complaint, a quality drop, or a bug. Something's off, and we spot it early.

Understand the problem

Reproduce the issue, isolate what's broken, and check if similar cases exist.

Find the fix with AI

Brainstorm with Claude or GPT to explore ideas: rewrite a prompt, add examples, set guardrails.

Update & document

Iterate locally, version each change, and write down why we made it.

Test automatically

Run tests on a reference dataset, compare before/after, and manually review edge cases.

Ship to production

Roll out gradually, monitor results live, and roll back if something breaks.
